Joint Registration
For those delegates wishing to attend both the Society for Melanoma Research Congress, the Interdisciplinary Melanoma/Skin Cancer Centre Meeting and the International Melanoma Pathology Working Group please choose the Joint Registration Rate from the list below. There are significant discounts available in attending all three of these meetings. If you are only interested in attending one meeting please select the relevant meeting from the list below.

A student is defined as being currently enrolled as a PhD student. A copy of your student identification card is required when you submit your registration form. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged. This can be emailed to the Congress Managers.
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. MasterCard, Visa, Diners and American Express are the credit cards accepted at the Congress. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as ‘‘Conference by arinex Pty Limited’’.
Cheques should be made payable to Melanoma 2010 Congress should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted. Cheques will be accepted until 20 September 2010. After this date, all payments must be made via Credit Card.
You may not pay your fees by direct electronic transfer.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers.

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form. You will not receive any further publications before the congress. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the congress.
Each member of the congress will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Congress Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserves the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
The Registration Desk will be located in the Parkside Foyer, Level 1 of the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the congress and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the congress, or through cancellation of the congress, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Congress Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Congress Managers who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.
It is requested that you advise the Congress Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Congress Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.
